- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
A person given access to the names or other information identifying the subjects of the report, except the subject of the report, shall not make public such identifying information unless the person is a State‘s attorney or other law enforcement official and the purpose is to initiate court action. Violation of this Section is a Class A misdemeanor.
