Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/21-102.5
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
“Federal-State Agreement” means the agreement between the Secretary and the State of Illinois entered into by the State Agency on September 15, 1953, as authorized by the Social Security Enabling Act for the purpose of extending coverage under Title II of the Social Security Act.
