Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 420 ILCS 46/15
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
This Act shall apply only to leased properties to the extent specified in Section 25 of this Act and to transfers by sale of residential real property.
