- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The Illinois State Police may suspend the Firearm Owner’s Identification Card of a person whose Firearm Owner’s Identification Card is subject to revocation and seizure under this Act for the duration of the disqualification if the disqualification is not a permanent ground for revocation of a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card under this Act. The Illinois State Police may adopt rules necessary to implement this Section.
