(a) The Department shall have the power to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with any order issued by the Department under this Act.
(b) The Department shall also have the power to seek temporary and immediate injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction when necessary for the protection of the health and safety of the general public using amusement rides and amusement attractions. In such matters, the Department shall be represented by the Attorney General.
