Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 505 ILCS 57/5
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
“Family farmer” means an individual who is a resident of Illinois and owns or leases land in Illinois that is used as a farm as that term is defined in Section 1-60 of the Property Tax Code.
