Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 55 ILCS 5/4-3002
- Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The compensation to the State‘s attorney shall be paid in installments by the county clerk, at the end of each half month by drawing a warrant in favor of the State’s attorney on the county treasurer who shall pay the same on presentation properly endorsed. No warrant shall be drawn or money paid to the State’s attorney, unless he shall have made for the preceding fiscal quarter a report to the county commissioners and paid into the county treasury all fees collected by him as State’s attorney for the fiscal quarter.
