- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
The invalidity of any Section or portion of this Division shall not affect the remainder hereof. This Division shall not be construed as repealing or modifying any existing statute with respect to the issuance of bonds, but shall be deemed to be additional authority to issue funding bonds.
