Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 375/13.2
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
All amounts held in the Health Insurance Reserve Fund, the Group Insurance Premium Fund, and the Local Government Health Insurance Reserve Fund shall be invested, at interest, by the State Treasurer. The investments shall be subject to terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the laws of Illinois on State funds. All income derived from the investments shall accrue and be deposited to the respective funds no less frequently than quarterly. The Health Insurance Reserve Fund and the Local Government Health Insurance Reserve Fund shall be administered by the Director.
