For the purposes of this Act:
“Frontline staff” means State employees in the RC 6, RC 9, RC 10, RC 14, RC 28, RC 42, RC 62, RC 63, and CU 500 bargaining units in titles represented by AFSCME as of June 1, 2007.
“On-board frontline staff” means frontline staff in paid status.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 382/3-5
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
