- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
If the several townships cannot agree on a division or apportionment of the real or personal property or debts or any part of the property or debts as provided in Sections 10-40 through 10-65, the dispute shall be submitted to the circuit court of the county. The court shall hear and determine the matter in a summary manner, without pleadings, and shall pronounce judgment as the right of the case may be.
