Title to all property, except such property, the title to which is vested in the Commission and under section 63, shall be taken in the name of the county and if acquired by right of eminent domain, the county shall have fee simple thereto.
     No real estate shall be sold, traded or otherwise disposed of, except with the recommendation of the Commission, the approval of the Department and the consent of the county board thereto.

  • County board: means the board of county commissioners in counties not under township organization, and the board of supervisors in counties under township organization, and the board of commissioners of Cook County. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.07
