- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
A person may not operate a snowmobile during any period when his or her privilege to operate a snowmobile is suspended or revoked in this State, by another state, by a federal agency, or by a province of Canada. A person who operates a snowmobile during the period when he or she is denied the privilege to operate a snowmobile is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
