Any person who violates Section 3-11, 3A-3, 3A-13, 3A-14, or 3A-20 is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
B. Any person who violates Section 3A-21 is guilty of a Class 2 felony.
B. Any person who violates Section 3A-21 is guilty of a Class 2 felony.
