Rights and remedies under this Chapter shall be cumulative of each other and of rights and remedies under other provisions of law, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Exercise of one right or remedy under this Chapter shall not waive or bar exercise of any other, and imposition of one sanction under this Chapter shall not be a bar to imposition of any other sanction provided for in this Chapter.
