Dealers, manufacturers, engine and driveline component manufacturers, transporters, and repossessors; registration plates. Dealers, manufacturers, and transporters registered under this Code may obtain registration plates for use as provided in this Code at the following rates:
Initial set of dealer’s, manufacturer’s, or
Initial set of dealer’s, manufacturer’s, or

transporter’s “in-transit” plates: $45

Duplicate Plates: $13
