  • Appellate: About appeals; an appellate court has the power to review the judgement of another lower court or tribunal.
     Use, custody, and control of facilities for the Appellate Court for the Fourth Judicial District. After renovation of the building located at 201 West Monroe Street, Springfield, Illinois (commonly known as the Waterways Building) is completed, it shall be devoted to the uses of the Appellate Court for the Fourth Judicial District. The care, custody, and control of the building, when the renovation is completed, shall be vested in the Supreme Court.
