- Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.
The jury list provided for in Section 2 of this Act shall be known as the general jury list, and the manner of its preparation by the jury administrator or jury commissioners shall be as prescribed by the chief judge or by rules to be adopted by majority vote of the said judges.
