- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
The holder of any bond or of a coupon of any bond issued under Section 9.3-1 of this Article in any civil action, by mandamus, injunction or other proceeding, may enforce and compel performance of all duties required by Sections 9.3-1 through 9.3-5 of this Article. This shall include the duties of establishing and collecting sufficient rates or charges for the use of the facility for the purposes specified in Section 9.3-5 of this Article and the application of the revenue thereof as provided by Section 9.3-4 of this Article.
