Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/2-80
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Within 30 days after certification of appointment, and before entering upon the duties of office, each member of the Board shall take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office and file it in the office of the Secretary of State.
