There is hereby created a political subdivision, body politic and municipal corporation by the name and style of the Riverside Civic Center Authority in the metropolitan area.
The principal office of the Authority shall be in the Village of Riverside.

- Authority: means the Riverside Civic Center Authority. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/235-5
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
