  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.
     The Authority may acquire in its own name, by gift or purchase, any real or personal property, or interests in real or personal property, necessary or convenient to carry out its corporate purposes. The Authority may not acquire property by eminent domain.
