Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 3210/90

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Governor may allocate any volume cap available to the State or any of its agencies under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, including any amounts carried forward by the State or any of its agencies with respect to stadiums, to the Downstate Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, and the Authority may carry forward any amount allocated to it by the Governor or by any home rule unit.
