“Person afflicted with tuberculosis”, for the purposes of this Act, means any individual who is diagnosed as suffering from tuberculosis, or any individual who, in the opinion of the board of directors, is suspected of suffering from tuberculosis or its medical consequences. As added by act approved and effective Aug. 17, 1968. S.B. 2070.
