- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Copies of all official documents, findings, and orders of the Commission, certified by a commissioner or by the secretary of the Commission to be true copies of the originals, under the official seal of the Commission, shall be evidence in like manner as the originals.
