- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Failure of the parties to participate in the proceedings as set forth in this Act shall not constitute a defense in any court proceedings. The Council, based upon its investigation and findings, shall issue a report concerning the complaint that is admissible as evidence in any court proceedings.
