The compounds in the form excepted from application of certain specified sections of the Federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq.), the Federal Controlled Substances Import and Export Act (21 U.S.C. § 951 et seq.) and the Code of Federal Regulations, pursuant to Section 1308.32 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 C.F.R. § 1308.32) are excepted from the application of Sections 312 and 313 of this Act.
