At his initial meeting with the client, the Counselor Supervisor shall arrange meetings between the client and the Educational Coordinator and between the client and a counselor whom the Counselor Supervisor shall assign to the client. The Counselor Supervisor shall also arrange a private meeting between the client and the Program Psychologist.
