(a) Within 60 days after the effective date of this Act, each circuit clerk shall forward monthly to the Illinois State Police a copy of the judgment for each and all persons convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act, during the previous month.
(b) Within 120 days after the effective date of this Act, the Director of Corrections shall forward to the Illinois State Police a list of all persons incarcerated or on mandatory supervised release, who have been convicted of an offense within the definition of methamphetamine manufacturer, as defined in Section 5 of this Act.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 730 ILCS 180/15
- Circuit clerk: means clerk of the circuit court. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.26
- Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
