- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
Any person intervening to enforce any lien or claims adverse to the owners of the craft attached shall, at the time of filing the petition, file with the clerk a bond as in the case of original attachment.
