Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 740 ILCS 110/9.10
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit the use of an HIE to facilitate the disclosure or re-disclosure of information from a recipient’s record to any agency or department of this State as authorized by Sections 7.1, 9.2 and 9.4 of this Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Act shall be construed to allow for the disclosure or re-disclosure of information from a recipient’s record to law enforcement personnel or for law enforcement purposes.
