Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 745 ILCS 50/2.12

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     “Wild game” includes, but is not limited to, those species specified as game birds or mammals in § 2.2 of the Wildlife Code and species not native to Illinois that have been brought into the State for the purpose of holding, releasing or propagating. All wild game as defined in this Section shall have had their entrails removed.
