Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 760 ILCS 10/2

  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
     Whenever any trustee is in war service, that trustee or any co-trustee or any person interested in the trust estate may file in the circuit court to appoint a successor trustee a complaint for the suspension of the exercise of the powers and duties of the trustee during the period of his war service and until the further order of the court.
