Validity of written agreements and laws concerning unfair competition. Nothing in this Act affects:
(i) a written agreement between the fabricator and
(i) a written agreement between the fabricator and
customer concerning possession of the die, mold, form, jig, tooling, or pattern; or
|
(ii) any right of the customer under federal patent
or copyright law or any State or federal law pertaining to unfair competition.

Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 765 ILCS 1053/30
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
