Upon the filing of a verified complaint, setting out the facts of the alleged discrimination in the office of the Department of Employment Security of the State of Illinois, and the state’s attorneys of the respective counties of the State of Illinois and the attorney general of Illinois on the relation of the State of Illinois, it shall be the duty of said respective officers or their assistants to enforce the prosecution of any violation of this act.
