- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
Any congregation, church or society, incorporated under this Act, may receive, by grant or legacy, real estate, for the purpose of holding camp meetings, and may make such improvements thereon as they may deem for their comfort and convenience. The title to such real estate shall be in such corporation, subject to like conditions as are provided in this act in regard to other real estate held by such corporation.
