- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
“Goods” means all goods used or purchased primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. “Goods” includes goods purchased primarily for agricultural purposes only for the purposes of the credit disclosure requirements of this Act. “Goods” includes merchandise certificates or coupons issued by a retail seller to be used in their face amount in the purchase of goods or services sold by such a seller but does not include money or other things in action. It also includes goods which are furnished or used, at the time of sale or subsequently, in the modernization, rehabilitation, repair, alteration, improvement, or construction of real estate so as to become a part of that real estate whether or not severable therefrom. “Goods” includes a manufactured home as defined in subdivision (53) of § 9-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code that is not real property as defined in the Conveyance and Encumbrance of Manufactured Homes as Real Property and Severance Act. “Goods” does not include a motor vehicle as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code, but does include bicycles, motorcycles, motor scooters, snowmobiles and trailers when purchased primarily for personal, family or household purposes. “Goods” does not include goods used or purchased primarily for business or commercial purposes.
