- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person, as defined under this Act, violating any provision of this Act except breach of contract, upon conviction for the first offense, is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Upon conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
