Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 820 ILCS 205/15
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Any certificate duly issued in accordance with this Act shall be prima facie evidence of the age of the minor for whom issued in any proceeding involving the employment of the minor under the Child Labor Law of the State, as to any act occurring subsequent to its issuance, or until revoked.
