private employer: means a sole proprietor, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other entity with one (1) or more employees. See Indiana Code 10-17-15-2

Sec. 5. Except as provided in section 10 of this chapter, a private employer may have a veterans’ preference employment policy.
