- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
- operator: means a person that operates a housing with services establishment. See Indiana Code 12-10-15-4
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 10. Unless extended by the written consent of the director, each year after the initial year in which an operator has filed a disclosure document under section 7 of this chapter, the operator shall file with the director within four (4) months after the end of the operator’s fiscal year an annual disclosure document.
