Indiana Code 12-12.7-2-11. Called meetings

Sec. 11. Any of the following may call a meeting of the council:

(1) The chairperson of the council.

council: refers to the interagency coordinating council established by section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-12.7-2-2

(2) The vice chairperson, if the chairperson is not available.
