- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 1. The office of the secretary of family and social services shall annually transfer thirty-eight million dollars ($38,000,000) to a hospital corporation established under IC 16-22-8 from the state general fund for the purposes of the hospital corporation.
