Sec. 11. In accordance with the ordinance adopted under section 10 of this chapter, a local domestic violence fatality review team may have the following additional members:
(2) A representative of county government.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 12-18-8-11
- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Defense attorney: Represent defendants in criminal matters.
- domestic violence: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 12-18-8-2
- Probation: A sentencing alternative to imprisonment in which the court releases convicted defendants under supervision as long as certain conditions are observed.
(3) A representative from a county health department.
(4) A representative from a local bar association.
(5) A defense attorney.
(6) An educator.
(7) A probation officer.
(8) A representative from the business community.
(9) An animal control officer.
(10) An attorney who represents victims of domestic violence.
(11) A provider of a batterers intervention program.
