Terms Used In Indiana Code 12-21-4-10
- council: refers to the division of mental health and addiction planning and advisory council established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-21-4-1
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
Sec. 10. All members of the council are voting members. A majority of the appointed members constitutes a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of the appointed members is required for the council to take any action.
