- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 3. The costs specified in this chapter shall be paid out of the county general fund upon the certificate of the circuit court clerk and the warrant of the county auditor.
