- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
Sec. 3. A licensee is entitled to notice of not less than thirty (30) days of the time and place for a hearing before the secretary or the secretary’s designee on the complaint. The notice shall be sent by registered mail to the licensee at the address shown in the licensee’s application.
