Sec. 150. “Psychiatric disorder”, for purposes of section 130(2) of this chapter, means a mental disorder or disease. The term does not include the following:
(1) An intellectual disability.
(2) A developmental disability.
(3) Alcoholism.
(4) Addiction to narcotic or dangerous drugs.
