Sec. 171.5. “School property”, for purposes of IC 12-17.2, means a building owned or leased by a:
(2) public school; or
(1) school corporation;

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(3) private school;
within the school district in which the school is located.
