Sec. 26.5. “Chemical test”, for purposes of IC 12-23-14, means an analysis of an individual’s:
(1) blood;
(2) breath;
(3) hair;
(4) sweat;
(5) saliva;
(6) urine; or
(7) other bodily substance;
to determine the presence of alcohol or a controlled substance (as defined in IC 35-48-1-9).
